Many thanks to the enthusiastic group of children who participated in our first book group. The book we read was Holes by Louis Sachar which proved a huge hit. We had great fun drinking hot chocolate and discussing characters, setting and some of the issues raised in the book. Everyone rated the book out of ten with the book scoring an average of 9.4. Well done everyone!
