Today year 7 welcomed Nuala, from Relax Kids, for a workshop on the value of true friendships. Revising the 7 step system of Move, Play, Stretch, Feel, Breathe, Believe & Relax, the children reflected on how positive relationships bring so much to our lives. What a fantastic afternoon we had!
