We had a wonderful evening on Friday celebrating the retirement of Mr. Monaghan. The children performed brilliantly throughout the Mass with singing, praying and the sharing of their memories of Mr Monaghan. Fr Mc Manus, Cormac Mc Kervey and Mrs Gallagher all spoke very fondly of Mr Monaghan’s time as Principal and thanked him for his hard work and commitment to St. Joseph’s P.S. Presentations were made on behalf of the parents, teachers and Parish. Celebrations continued afterwards with a tea and treats in the school hall.
