A huge thank you to Dodie Maguire who visited the P5/6 classroom today as part of the ‘On Our Doorstep’ thematic work. The children had questions prepared and Dodie gave very informative answers. The children enjoyed listening to his stories about the old fair days in Ederney and finding out about changes in the school, chapel and local shops over the years. Dodie also brought in some maps of Ederney from almost 200 years ago and the children were able to compare them to a map of Ederney today. Thank you very much Dodie.
