We had a fantastic morning yesterday hosting the Fermanagh GAA Mini Sevens in St. Joseph’s GAA grounds. We competed very well against both girls and boys teams from St. Paul’s P.S Irvinestown, Holy Trinity P.S. Enniskillen, Integrated P.S. Enniskillen and St. Mary’s P.S. Tempo. Although we didn’t qualify from the group we won some of our matches but more importantly we enjoyed our first school’s football competition since before the start of the pandemic! The visiting teams were very complimentary of our pitch and hospitality. Thank you to Steven McElrone and St. Joseph’s GAC for the use of the pitches and for cutting the grass and lining out the pitches. Thanks also to our two past pupils Conor and Pol for refereeing the games.
